This is the fitness app for those who need a little competitive edge in order to get, and stay motivated. Strava features a lot of the same activity trackers as MyFitnessPal mentions above, but allows you to compare them to the rest of the members, including your friends. If you want to take it a step further, you can even start challenges and games amongst each other. This is a great app to have between girlfriends!

Johnson and Johnson 7 Minute Workout

If you are a busy group of ladies, check out J&J’s 7 Minute Workout. It’s meant to remind you that regardless how busy your day is, you can always find 7 minutes to do some exercise. It may not be strenuous gym workout type exercise, but every little bit counts. If you are one of the ladies who really feels like there is just no time to workout, try this app for a few days or weeks, and then reconsider!
